Giannico Carruggio’s philosophy is to be able to combine the simplicity of a raw material of excellence at zero kilometer, in a contemporary and refined way. You too can go and pick the eggplants, tomatoes and peppers that Gian Nicola will cook for you in the garden of the Masseria, respecting the flavors, colors and aromas that Mother Nature gives us.
The fish will be the one caught in the night, by the fishermen, of Torre Colimena, to
which you can join, in a night of experiential fishing.
Our goal is to respect nature in its biodiversity and sustainability. You will fall asleep with the scents of chamomile and calendula gathered in the meadows under the olive trees.
