Welcome to our restaurant

The restaurant, inside the 17th century Masseria, overlooks the Conca d’oro,
vineyards and centuries-old olive groves, which welcomes you with a big hug, and with the attention of Michele who will make you share the energy of the place.

Our goal is to lead you by the hand to understand and appreciate the products of the Cellar and Masseria transformed with skill and competence by our Chef Giannico Carruggio.

Giannico Carruggio’s philosophy is to be able to combine the simplicity of a raw material of excellence at zero kilometer, in a contemporary and refined way. You too can go and pick the eggplants, tomatoes and peppers that Gian Nicola will cook for you in the garden of the Masseria, respecting the flavors, colors and aromas that Mother Nature gives us.

The fish will be the one caught in the night, by the fishermen, of Torre Colimena, to
which you can join, in a night of experiential fishing.
