Sweet Wine Taralli
An authentic Apulian tradition
Sweet wine taralli are a small masterpiece of Apulian rural pastry, born from the skillful union of our land's most precious products: wine and oil.
These ring-shaped biscuits stand out for their unique, crumbly, and slightly crunchy texture, and for the intoxicating scent they release as soon as they are baked. The secret of their goodness lies in the use of a simple but noble ingredient: our winery's wine gives the dough an unmistakable aromatic note and an amber color.
Tossed in sugar before baking to obtain a brilliant crust, they are perfect to enjoy at the end of a meal, perhaps dipped in a glass of the same wine used for the dough, following the most authentic tradition of masseria afternoons.
