The scent of leavened dough and powdered sugar settling on freshly baked treats spreads from the early morning hours in our pastry shop. Each creation is a tribute to the land that hosts us, Manduria, and to the precious fruits that our gardens offer us. Here, the art of pastry is not just technique, but an act of love toward our roots.

We use only top-quality, "zero-mile" ingredients: our sweets are made with honey from our own bees, local almonds, and selected organic flours.
