Sustainability
A vacation for the mind and for the earth

A vacation is first of all a break. The desire to slow down, to find a more natural rhythm, to reconnect with what really matters. At Masseria Cuturi the well-being is the guide and respect for a territory is respected every day.
Sustainability at Masseria Cuturi is a daily practice, which combines environmental, economic and social dimensions, guiding every choice towards consistency. The masseria is immersed in an organic agricultural ecosystem, including biological vineyards, olive groves and protected nature, and follows its rhythms. We cultivate in organic farming, with ICEA certification, and we protect active biodiversity, undertaking the path to obtain the Biodiversity Friend recognition.
Our natural biolake, designed without the use of chlorine and based on phytodepuration systems, is a part integral part of this approach: an environment that blends in the landscape and respects the natural cycles of water.
Our commitment also extends to the production of wine. We use renewable energy, adopt mostly lighter glass, FSC certified paper and innovative caps from recycled raw materials derived from sugar cane, thus reducing the total environmental impact in a concrete way the supply chain.
We reduce consumption, limit waste and promote a responsible use of resources, with particular attention to water and waste management, following a logic of respect and continuity.
Sustainability also means enhancing what is close: the product of our land in our winery, the cuisine linked to the territory, the experiences designed to be lived without excess, in harmony with the landscape that surrounds us.
Here the only thing to think about is time flowing slowly, the glass in the glass, the air moving through the leaves. Rest. regenerate your senses even feel the breath of the earth.
