    The Wine Wedding at Masseria Cuturi is an authentic and immersive experience that allows the spouses and guests not only to enjoy the panorama of one of the oldest cellars in Puglia, but to be the protagonists of the creation of a unique wine, made on the wedding day.

  • How long in advance do I have to start planning the wedding?

    The ideal would be to leave at least a year before, however we are able to organize a wedding even with a few weeks notice.

  • Why should I choose Masseria Cuturi for my wedding?

    Getting married in Masseria Cuturi means creating a wedding full of poetry and magic that only an authentic seventeenth-century structure and its historic cellar can evoke. Those who choose Masseria Cuturi choose to celebrate their union with a precious wine, the Primitivo di Manduria, which becomes the protagonist of an ancestral and unforgettable rite.

    We have perfect knowledge of the area and this allows us to quickly and easily resolve any type of unforeseen event that may occur. From the outset, our mission has been to combine the professionalism of our services with the typical Salento style and hospitality.

  • How do we get to Masseria Cuturi with all our guests?

    We can organize all the transfers for you and for the guests.

  • We cannot provide overnight accommodations for all of our guests. What can we do?

    We can assist all guests, providing them with all the necessary information, availability and prices, booking any type of accommodation for them, from hotels to B&Bs.

  • Is it possible to celebrate the civil or symbolic ceremony in the Masseria?

    The vineyard, the garden of secular olive trees, the little church are just some of the places where you can celebrate the civil or symbolic ceremony.

  • How are the guests distributed in the case of an event inside?

    Guests are divided into the central hall, the Ancient Mill and the Don Tumà restaurant.

  • How do you recommend organizing the event?

    The rites related to the Wine Wedding are the maximum romantic and poetic expression of creating a wine on the wedding day that represents the union of two souls.

  • The Rite of Birth

    This rite wants to recall the beginning of life and the magic of binding one's love to the development of a rooted root (branch) of Primitivo.

    The ritual provides for the spouses the possibility of planting a small Primitivo plant (or other vine chosen by the spouses) in the presence of a celebrant and all their guests in a special cloister dedicated to this rite. That small vine root, planted in the Garden of Love, is a way to tie one's affection to the growth of a plant that will produce fruits capable, over time, of offering even greater emotions.

  • The Rite of Dionysus

    This rite is the central part of the Wine Wedding. The bride and groom each choose a barrique and then combine them in a demijohn in front of all the guests and from there they are bottled in a single specimen, a 1.5 liter magnum. The bottle will be placed in a special wooden case which, together with the letter written by each groom before the ritual, will be kept in the cellar and then delivered to the bride and groom in a special ceremony at the end of the aging period.

  • The Rite of Refinement

    The couple who have produced their own unique blend of wine with the Rite of Dionysus will be able to request to refine their bottles in the Cuturi cellar and use that same blend to produce unique bottles, with an ad hoc designed label.

  • Do you do wedding favors?

    We create bottles of wine with personalized labels depicting the bride and groom and bottles of our oil adorned with wild herbs from the woods surrounding the Masseria.

  • What is the maximum capacity of the Masseria?

    The external spaces can accommodate up to a maximum of 250 participants, while the internal spaces can accommodate up to 100.

  • Can we receive menu proposals?

    You can entrust the preparation of the banquet to the kitchen of Masseria Cuturi, equipped with a refined and authentic cuisine, which will offer you a menu linked to the use of the products of the Masseria, entirely organic and zero kilometers. This option is reserved for banquets up to a maximum of 80 people.

    If your banquet exceeds 80 guests, or in any case you wish to involve a catering of your choice, you can define the culinary offer with them.
